RETURN – REFUND – EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
ARYAVART upholds the quality and exceptionality of every creation that we offer. With every product you buy, we strive to make your shopping experience an unforgettable one with an easy purchase process and optimal service. In the event that you find the product is not of your liking, you may utilize the return and refund policy of www.thearyavart.com to return or exchange the item.
Please go through the instructions outlined below to help you with this process:
- You must put in a return request within 3 days from the delivery date of the item.
- You will need to send us an email at info@thearyavart.com, with the product details and reason for return/exchange.
- We will arrange for a courier to ensure doorstep pickup of the product you wish to return.
- The product is then checked to ensure its quality upon return, following which we will send you an email confirming return and ensuring a refund/ exchange for the same, provided that the product lies within our quality criteria.
- You will receive an email verifying your request of refund or exchange.
- Prepaid orders will receive a refund of the amount credited to their account/ Credit Card in 7 business days.
- Items purchased with COD mode of payment is only eligible for Exchange and NOT REFUND.
- Please note that all items purchased under discount/ offers are not qualified for return, refund or replacement.
- Please note a Proper UNBOXING video is mandatory in case of any dispute of Damage, wrong product or number of products.
Prerequisites for return of items:
www.thearyavart.com cannot accept return or replacement of a product unless it adheres to the following criteria:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition and must have the invoice with it.
- It should be devoid of stains, sweat, and body odor.
- It should be devoid of any tears and damage.
- All labels on the product including price tags, paper tags, and packaging and folding must be intact.
- The item should not be washed or dry cleaned.
- We do not accept return or replacement of blouses.
- All items purchased under discount/ offers or preordered are not qualified for return, refund or replacement.
Cancellation policy:
The items of a purchase can be canceled only before it has been dispatched. If you cancel an order before its shipment, you will be refunded the full amount of the product. We cannot accept cancellations once the shipping procedure starts. In such cases, you are eligible to return or replace a product after you have received its delivery.
Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Shipments
We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching all orders. Once an order has been shipped, it is handled by a third-party courier service.
In the event that your order is damaged during transit, lost, or received in a tampered condition (including missing or fewer items than ordered), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date in case of loss). Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery and report any tampering or shortages immediately, along with relevant details and photographic or video evidence.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue. Resolution is subject to the courier company’s verification and policies.
Compensation Policy:
In all cases of damage, loss, tampering, or missing items during transit, compensation if approved shall be limited to a maximum of ₹5,000 per order, irrespective of the actual value of the items

Blouses: Refund and Returns
www.thearyavart.com does not accept returns or refunds for blouses purchased from our platform. It will be considered as the final sale once you have received the delivery for a blouse, and will not be eligible for return. No requests for the return, refund, or replacement of blouses will be accepted after it is delivered.
Refund Process – Rules
The only mode of refunding the amount will be through net banking/ RAZORPAY, no other modes of the refund will be practiced. We ensure our customers that we will maintain privacy and discretion regarding all personal data related to your account. Once you receive a confirmation email about the refund amount, you will receive the full amount comprising of the product price and the shipping fee within 7 business days.
PLEASE NOTE:
- With the exception of damaged, defective merchandise, we do not offer merchandise exchanges or returns on orders shipped internationally. Any reports of receiving damage products on delivery must be conveyed to us within 3 days from the date you received the delivery.
- All products bought at SALE PRICE are not eligible for return.
- All products with any sort of customization such as Fall, Pico and customized blouses are not eligible for return.
